  Today big E's went above and beyond. After an awful waiting experience at little ceasars, we ordered a take out buffalo chicken pizza from big E's. When we arrived to pick it up it turned out the shift change caused our order to be missed. When the staff figured that out they ALL jumped in to recover our experience. The hostesses were apalogetic and offered us drinks, the bartender comped my husbands beer, the take out manager AND restaurant manager apalogized and comped our order AND gave us a gift card. The whole team completely turned the experience around and we really appreciated it. Great jobs big E's!!! We will ba back :)

  Excellent food. The Ruben Pizza (St. Patrick's Day special) was the best Ruben Pizza I've ever had. Service was good, considering how busy it was when my wife and I went, but our server was either newly hired, or just very awkward, because it took a long time to get our bill, and she didn't quite know what to say when she checked in on us.

  Went 3 times in the week I stayed at the Holiday Inn for work because it was too cold to do much of anything else and each time the food was surprisingly good. I just sat at the bar and never waited more than a couple of minutes for a drink or food despite the place being fairly busy. Plenty of tv's and friendly people to watch a game with. Probably won't be back because it's 1500 miles from home but if I'm ever in Midland again...
